ok ladies.......are you ready? on your mark.....get set......go!!!!
here is the first scrapbooker's challenge of 2009!!!! yes, i realize it is the end of march....don't judge me...giggle...giggle...
you are free to use this challenge for both card making or a scrapbooking layout...
1. you must use at least 8 different kinds of pattern paper
2. 8 stickers of some kind (not counting sticker letters)
3. at least 1 stamped image
now i know many of you are probably reading these requirements and thinking "there is NO WAY that i am going to be able to create a card or layout with all that stuff, but trust me....you can! i did.
if you are interested in participating in this challenge (and really who wouldn't be) please leave a message in the small "comment" section below letting me know (i want to make sure that i have enough goodies for everyone). all you have to do is either bring the finished project OR complete it by 10 pm, friday night at scrapbooking, and i will have a small gift for those of you that participate.
for your viewing pleasure i have included the layout that i did using the guidelines of the challenge.

Oh my goodness! You are the MOST phenomenal Sarah in the world! (Couldn't say "daughter" in fear of offending the other two ! and you know I never think of you as a S-daughter)
OK that 'sample' scrapbook page is awesome! OK, of course it's one of my favorite photos from that shot so that has something to do with it, but look what you did! WOW is hardly a sufficient exclamation!
Now I'm a bit intimated by the challenge, but gosh darn it, I've got to give it a try. Not sure if I'll have a chance to do anything before Friday, but by 10:00 Friday is a definite possibility! Count me in!
Delighted your blog is back on line. I will enjoy vicariously participating in your activities. So enviously of your very productive weekend. Saving some energy because we have a ETA! Expecting an occupancy permit 24 APRIL! That will give us till the end of April to move out and move in. Some photo opportunities there, I'll bet!

Oh I a so glad that you are happy with the end result of that layout. I had so much fun doing it. It truly is one of my favorites right now. I'm gad you are up for the creative challenge. I can't wait to see what you gals come up with.
